YONNI let me break it down for ya!!! "Some" ( my politically correct way of saying MOST ) Utahans will vote for a person only for the reason of the little letter in front of their name, either D or R.

For some reason the R people are set above and beyond the common D candidate or politicians in Utah. When they screw up it seems to get swept under the rug.. If a D politician had pulled a boner like this we'd have this sumbitch tarred and feathered
at the Gallivan Center and broadcast on KSL.

When Mike Noel undermines several hundred man hours of labor by say backdoor gerrymandering a certain ATV bill., or Mr Bangerter dumps several million in to pumps on the GSL or hires his brother to lay several miles of GYPcrete on I-15 they get re-elected.

You've got to admit there are different standards here.. If you are a "good old R Boy" you get a standing ovation when a child molestation charge forces you to tender your resignation from the Legislature.. Hell Rocky Anderson acted like an A-Hole in being an overbearing boss and you heard about it for weeks...

I agree with what you are saying VOR. I would ask though since this is at the state level is it a worse crime then say Mr Rangel on the federal level, who has done far worse and still has not resigned? My point is that it doesn't matter if there is a "D" or an "R" after someone's name, because it seems they are all corrupt in some form or fashion, and the people in this country, state, city are starting to wake up to the fact that there are very few politicians who can be trusted.
